Coffee Chocolat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of cardamom powder
  • 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
  • 20 ml crème de cacao or any high quality cocoa powder
  • Cream and chocolate chips for garnish

How to make it

  • Preheat the appropriate glass.
  •  Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in a fresh way, hot coffee while stirring. Add the cinnamon, cardamom, sugar and cocoa liqueur and stir.
  •  Pour Café Chocolate into the glass, place a whipped cream on top of the coffee and garnish with chocolate shavings.
