How to prepare

Mixing: In a cezve (rakwah), mix 10 grams of coffee with 175 ml of cold water. You can add sugar if desired.

Heating: Place the cezve over low to medium heat. Do not stir the mixture after this step.

Boiling: Watch for the foam to form while heating. Remove the cezve from the heat just before it boils to prevent it from overflowing and let it settle.

Repeating: Return the cezve to the heat and let the foam form again. Repeat this step 2-3 times for a richer flavor.

Serving: Pour the coffee into a cup and let the grounds settle at the bottom.

Enjoy your coffee with a side of water.
