Heating: Place the cezve over low to medium heat. Do not stir the mixture after this step.
Foaming: Watch for the foam to form as it heats. Remove the cezve from the heat just before boiling to avoid overflow and let it settle.
Repeating: Return the cezve to the heat and let the foam form again. Repeat this step 2-3 times for a richer flavor.
Serving: Pour the coffee into a cup and let the grounds settle at the bottom. Enjoy your coffee with a glass of water on the side.
