Ingredients
- 1 cup of coffee
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of cardamom powder
- 2 teaspoons of brown sugar
- 20 ml crème de cacao or any high quality cocoa powder
- Cream and chocolate chips for garnish
How to make it
- Preheat the appropriate glass.
- Roughly chop the chocolate and melt it in a fresh way, hot coffee while stirring. Add the cinnamon, cardamom, sugar and cocoa liqueur and stir.
- Pour Café Chocolate into the glass, place a whipped cream on top of the coffee and garnish with chocolate shavings.
