To return your product, you should mail your product to the nearest Zayed store You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Fill the water reservoir of your machine with fresh, filtered water. Use:
- 25ml for Ristretto “stronger & more concentrated”

- Turn on the machine and allow it to heat up.
- Insert an Espresso Colombia Blend capsule into the capsule slot.
- Select your preferred shot size (single or double).
- Press the brew button, and within seconds, enjoy a perfectly balanced espresso with a balanced taste.
- Drink as it is or use it as a base for cappuccinos, lattes, or iced coffee.
