To return your product, you should mail your product to the nearest Zayed store You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 1- Tear the sachet along the dotted line below the arrow.
2- Hang the two ears on the rim of the cup.
3- Add a small amount of hot water and wait 20 seconds.
4- Continue adding hot water up to 210 ml.
5- Remove the filter bag and enjoy a high caffeine concentration along with a rich and aromatic coffee experience.
