\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIf you have any issues with the coffee we sent you, no worries at all. From the day you receive your coffee, you have (30) days to reach out on the following email info@162.55.97.86 and initiate a return.\u00a0<\/span>\n\nTo be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.\u00a0<\/span>\n\nUndesired coffee must be sent back in its original packaging with the purchase receipt and include the Return Form below, filled out with all pertinent information, including if you would like a refund or an exchange. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels unless the product is being returned due to a Zayed Coffee error.<\/span>\n\nWe\u2019ll be happy to find and send you another coffee you\u2019ll love (of the same value or less) or refund the cost of the coffee once your return has been received.\u00a0<\/span>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

For coffee and merchandise purchased through one of our Cafes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges through our website. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
