Returns Policy

Whole Bean or Ground Coffee
If you have any issues with the coffee we sent you, no worries at all. From the day you receive your coffee, you have (30) days to reach out on the following email [email protected] and initiate a return.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Undesired coffee must be sent back in its original packaging with the purchase receipt and include the Return Form below, filled out with all pertinent information, including if you would like a refund or an exchange. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels unless the product is being returned due to a Zayed Coffee error. We’ll be happy to find and send you another coffee you’ll love (of the same value or less) or refund the cost of the coffee once your return has been received. 

Latte and Cold Brew Cans

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our canned coffees.

Brewing Accessories and Merchandise

Unused merchandise and unopened brewing equipment can be returned to our warehouse within two weeks of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Café Purchases

For coffee and merchandise purchased through one of our Cafes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges through our website. Coffee in its original packaging and unused merchandise can be returned within two weeks to the Café from which it was purchased. 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to the nearest Zayed store You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
